TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE REFERRAL & LOYALTY PROGRAMME

1. Flying Fish Ventures (hereinafter referred to as “the Firm”) has introduced a referral & loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme) for Ashiana Housing Ltd. & its subsidiaries.

2. Existing Customers of Ashiana Housing Limited and its subsidiaries including partnership firm may enrol as a member by filling the registration form on the website www.ashianasmiles.com. By registering as a member, a person agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme.

3. The members enrolling for the Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme must be 18 years of age or older.

4. Membership level in Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme shall be determined by the number of smile points earned by a member. On reaching different levels, a member is also entitled for smiles perks. For details on smile points and smiles perks please refer Ashiana Smiles Booklet and/or Website.

5.The level shall be valid for a financial year i.e. April to March and part thereof and the member shall start fresh at the beginning of each financial year to achieve the levels (silver, gold and platinum). For eg. If a person has helped in one booking and has earned 8000 smile points, he will reach silver level and shall become eligible for smile perks as applicable on silver level. The level shall be limited to each financial year i.e. 1st April to 31st March. After expiry of the financial year, the member shall be treated as a new member and his/her level shall begin a fresh.

6.The smiles points earned by members have no cash value and must be redeemed in the manner provided in the booklet. To redeem the smiles points, the member needs to inform the smiles programme manager.

7. The smiles perks can be redeemed/ availed by a member within one year from the date on which the smile points are credited to the account of the member, after which the Firm shall not be responsible or liable for the same in any way.

8.The smiles point in each booking be credited to the account of the member after 15-20 days.On receipt of 20% of the amount of each unit booked or after 30 days of booking, whichever is earlier.

9. In case the referred customer cancels the booked unit, Smile points that had been credited to the account of the member on such booking shall be debited from their account.

10.Smile points for site visit, corporate visit, rental, social media will be credited once confirmed by Ashiana Housing Limited or its subsidiaries.

11.The smile points for resale will be credited only after receipt of sale commission or brokerage from the customers.

12.To redeem smile points or benefits under the Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme, the member is required to contact the person concerned on the numbers given in the website.

13. The smile points are non-transferable.

14. Any addition or subtraction to the smile points shall be notified to the member.

15.The Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as the Firm decides to terminate the programme. The Firm reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to terminate the programme at any time, with or without reason. Additionally, on termination, it shall have no obligation to offer a replacement programme. Any Programme benefits or services guaranteed will be honoured and granted for up to three months following notification that the Programme has been terminated. Members will have up to three months following notification that the Programme has been terminated, to redeem smile points.

16. Firm reserves the right to terminate membership in case of breach of terms and conditions of the Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme.

17. Firm may collect information about members including information contained in the registration form and information as to transactions resulting in smile point’s credits and credits which will be held in the membership data base. The membership data base contains the member information such as name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth and post code.

18.The member agrees to receive emails and SMS for sales and other promotional schemes related to projects.

19.Membership Card is the property of the Firm. In case of any loss or theft of or damage to, the Membership card must be reported to Firm at once.

20.The scheme is for the personal use by customers, and cannot be used for any business or commercial purpose

21.Employees of Ashiana Housing Limited and its subsidiaries are not eligible for this scheme.

22.The Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme and its terms and conditions can be amended any time by the firm at its own discretion.

23.In case of any dispute with regards to Ashiana Smiles Referral & Loyalty Programme the final decision shall be of the Firm.
